What should I bring for my dog's stay?
- Current vaccination records (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto).
- Your dog’s regular food, portioned for their stay.
- Any medications with clear instructions.

What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Doggy Daycare hours are 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Dogs picked up after 7:00 PM will be charged the overnight boarding rate (an increase from $45/daycare to $60/boarding).
Dog Boarding, drop-off and pick-up should occur during regular daycare hours. Pick-ups after 10:00 AM will include an additional $45 daycare charge for that day.
Board-and-Train programs, drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled by mutual agreement between the trainer and dog parent.
Round-trip pickup and drop-off service is also available for an additional fee (see Pricing).
What results can I expect from Board & Train?
You can expect a calmer, more confident companion with a solid foundation in obedience. During the program, your dog will learn core commands such as sit, down, stay, come, and place, while also improving leash manners and impulse control. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow guidance on how to maintain your dog’s progress at home so the results last long after training ends.

What is your policy on behavior and safety?
Safety always comes first. All dogs must be dog‑friendly and non‑aggressive. Please be upfront about any sensitivities or triggers your dog has—honesty keeps everyone safe. Additionally please be upfront about all quirks such as counter surfing and frequent escape attempts. Dogs showing aggression or signs of illness cannot continue services.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Board & Train: Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your dog's exclusive spot.
- Boarding/Daycare (More than 24 hours notice): Full refund or credit.
- Boarding/Daycare (less than 24 hours or no show): Non‑refundable.
